You are likely to be an innovative engineer, able to inspire architects and to deliver excellent quality to challenging deadlines
You will be chartered, have strong experience in leading and mentoring a team and be keen to shoulder responsibility
An ability to forecast and resource projects as well as a track record of delivering profitable projects is essential
Experience of successful business development would be an advantage
A keen interest in developing project technology skills through BIM and Generative Components would be a benefit
