Job Description

Mainstream Suffolk consultancy requires a Senior Structural Engineer to its satellite office of a multi-sited business to head-up the structural design.

Candidates will need to be a Chartered (or near) member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to MEng/MSc-level in Structural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min) and must have gained good design and project-running skills in UK consultancy. They should be locally-based (or willing to relocate to North Suffolk) and be looking to drive their career forward in a well-established structural engineering consultancy.

Current workload is a diverse mix of new-build and refurbishment projects (including conservation) with project values up to £25million across East Anglia in residential, commercial, leisure and education sectors. Many of the projects are challenging and candidates will need to be technically-strong and capable of working with minimal support and directing more junior Structural Engineers.

Top base salary and good benefits combined with the chance to work for one of East Anglia’s best consultancies on a wide range of projects.
