Job Description

Premier award-winning Manchester consultancy has a requirement for an Associate-level Structural Engineer to join the expanding studio as it continues to win some of Manchester best work.

Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE (prefer) and/or ICE, be educated to MEng/MSc-level in Structural, Architectural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min) with excellent structural design, project and team-running skills gained in UK consultancy. They should be design-focused and will probably have worked for another premier or niche consultancy on challenging projects.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments across the North East with project values up to £150million in commercial, residential, education, leisure, the arts and public-sector sectors. Many of the consultancies previous projects have been award-winning and they continue to work on dynamic, prestigious projects across the city.
